Is The Hollywood Cookie Diet the Best One?

The Hollywood cookie diet has received a lot of press ‘due to celebrity endorsement.  If you eat this cookie, the gorgeous guys and dolls claim, you will look just like me. For those with a BMI between 25- 39, this claim could be the realization of a long held dream.  Eat the cookie of the stars and look like a red carpet stunner?  Who wouldn’t be taken in by such claims?

While on the surface, this appears like a great potential outcome, one has to wonder if the Hollywood diet is all it is cracked up to be.

Upon close inspection, most may find the Hollywood cookie diet a bit lacking.

Most who tried the treats found the cookies did not taste that good and were full of preservatives.   There is no pre-evaluation prior to the cookies use and no structured meal plans.  The cookie did not make them feel full either, so they were not effective as a meal supplement.

This meant that the Hollywood cookie weight loss program was not the best cookie diet available.

So, how would one know if they have located a superior cookie diet?

Quite easily-a great cookie diet would offer all natural cookies with organic ingredients.  It would also evaluate dieters so an effective plan could be designed around their needs and lifestyle.

In other words, it would work well for most and sufficiently suppress the appetite.   With a little diligence, you will find the right cookie diet to help you meet your weight loss goals.

I’m glad that preservatives were mentioned in this article. It is very important to know exactly what goes into our bodies, and the various preservatives and additives muddy the waters a great deal. Whenever possible, I go for foods made of natural ingredients and few preservatives.

For me, the most important thing a diet can have is scientific backing. If nutrition experts think a diet can really work, that means a lot. Incidentally, celebrity endorsements have to be the last thing I care about when considering a diet. A diet with a scientific foundation is one I can trust.

Thanks for the info. A cookie diet sounds intriguing to me, so it’s nice to know some differences between diets. The individual diet plan websites aren’t always helpful in making comparisons, so thanks again.

Structured meal plans can actually be a big aid in dieting. If I start feeling hungry, it’s good to know exactly when I can have my next meal. It helps keep me on track and helps prevent overeating. A diet with a schedule is just easier to stick to.

Attaching the name Hollywood to a diet is pretty offensive to me. These people have enough control over our body images without explicity telling us that we should look like them.

Having used a diet plan that gave me individual attention, I can no longer even imagine buying into a diet that isn’t individualized. Diets are not a one size fits all type of product. I wish more diet companies realized this and catered to each person’s needs.

Helpful advice. When people choose a diet, they make a big investment of both time and money. It is extremely important to pick a diet plan you are comfortable with and one that fits your needs best. Making the wrong choice can lead to a lot of frustration, so make an informed decision.

I may be in the minority here, but I don’t care what the food tastes like or how many preservatives it has, as long as it works. It’s so hard to find a diet that helps you lose weight and keep it off. If a diet can manage that, I can live with the rest.
